Returns Policy (except Infotainment systems)

We offer a 7-day return window to ensure the customer satisfaction on selected products. Customer can generate a return online within the return window. The guidelines are as follows

1. Return window for eligible products will be displayed at Product page. Consumables and Wear and Tear products like TPMS, Ceramic coating will not be eligible for returns.
2. Full refund (back to source) if the item is defective (will be tested upon receipt by our team).
3. Full refund* (back to source) if the customer is not satisfied with the performance. But returned item should be as good as New.
4. Deductions in forward shipping cost and 2% transaction fees applies during the case of multiple returns and clearance sale products.
5. Care should be taken during installation.  In case of major scratches/tampering, worn out paint, returns will not be processed and item will be sent back.
6. Fake returns are not entertained. All products will be scanned before shipping. Any counterfeit, duplicate, returns of items bought from other market places will not be eligible for refund.
7. Returns will not be accepted if any of warranty conditions are violated.

Warranty void in the following scenario and returns will not be accepted. They are as follows

1. External damage of bulb.
2. Connecting the bulb to the scooter or bikes with AC connection and fusing it.
3. Connecting the bulb to 100/90 headlight relay will damage the LED circuit immediately.

Order Policy for Infotainment systems

• Returns are not applicable for infotainment systems after installation due to tampering.
• We neither sell nor accept used and installed items. The wires, antenna, GPS parts and the infotainment base will be subject to tampering and minor scratches during instalation. So returns will not accepted in any case.
• For Instalation from the client’s end : We will not accept any returns incase if you install any other system purchashed from the dealer or the installer.
• Incase of any software issues, we’ll rectify by providing continous support and resolution through our customer support channel. Customers are requested to cooperate during the software update.
• If you install additonal CANBUS, the CANBUS may overwrite important files in the infotainment. In such case, reach to our support and we’ll provide a fresh firmware and ensure proper functioning of the system. 
• CANBUS malfunction can never be a reason to complain about the infotainment and the CANBUS box is an additional accessory with software capable of altering the infotainment firmware.
• Incase of major defects, we’ll pickup the item, repair and rectify the issues and send it to the customer.
